The film begins in a hospital where a mafia involved in drug adulteration. Unfortunately, a junior doctor (Meenakshi) manage to stumble upon their anti-social act. To protect themselves, the gang sets out to clear a junior doctor.
He Perumal (Sundar C), is a petty thief working for a debt collection agency meets. The end groups and determination to put an end to these atrocities protecting junior doctor from her suffering.
